All pets are individuals and require personalized attention. This is especially true when they are away from home. Although we cannot take the place of your home, our aid is to make up some of the difference with affectionate care and attention.
Each animal will be housed in a separate kennel or run. The kennels are air-conditioned or heated as required for comfort and the pets are fed, plus exercised and groomed if requested.
If your pet is on a special diet or requires daily medication please let us know so that we can continue the necessary care. Medications and special diets used from our supplies will be dispensed at normal cost.
The doctors and staff are observing your pets daily. If any unusual signs are noticed we will inform you at checkout time. If it is a problem that required immediate attention, we will contact you if at all possible.
For your pets protection and the protection of all the visitors we REQUIRE proof of current vaccinations.
Dogs: D.H.P.P., Bordetella, and Rabies
Cats: RCP and Rabies
We also ask that pets be clean and free of external parasites (especially fleas). If a pet enters with a great number of fleas, we reserve the right to bathe and dip the pet at the owner's expense.
A boarding fee is charged for each night your pet is here. The charge is determined by the weight of the animal. You may bring in or pick up your pet any time during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. No pet will be released after regular office hours.
If your pet has fleas, it is a good idea to flea bomb the house during your absence. Once you decide to board your pet, make your reservation EARLY, especially around the holidays!!
